Notes allows you to keep notes about contacts and your interactions with them.

Create and Edit Notes

Search for and open a contact record. You will see the navigation tabs:

Click on the tab labeled Notes. You will see a list of existing notes.

You can create a NEW note or View Edit or Delete EXISTING notes using the links to the right of each note.


To enter a New Note, click on the >>New Note link at the bottom of the list of notes.

Type in the Subject of the note and enter the text you want.

Click Save to save the note or Cancel to cancel it.

If successful, you will see the message:

Your Note has been saved.


To view a note, select View and you will be shown the View Note window with the note's subject, date and the full text of the note.

Click Done to return to the list of notes.


Selecting Edit will bring you to the Edit Note page where you can change the Subject or text of the note.

Click Save to save the note.

If successful, you will see the message:

Your Note has been saved.


Select Delete to delete the activity type. You will be given this warning:

Are you sure you want to delete this note?

Click OK to continue or Cancel to cancel the deletion.
