Hi folks!

Been trying to get a fresh CS/civiCRM 1.2 distrib up
and running on both Windows and Linux platforms.
Upon completion both systems "bomb" with Illegal mix
of collations errors when accessing user editing and
other functions.

Been googling quite a bit on that to find that others
have experienced the same problem, but could not find
any definite answer on the web.
