How do I create a smart group?

To create a smart group:

  • Click on "find contacts"
  • Select the advanced search tab
  • Complete your advanced search.

Above the search results, you will see a dropdown menu of actions.

  • Select "New Saved Search" and click the Go button.

This saved search is now automatically a smart group.

Click on "manage groups" in the main menu. You should see the title of your saved search with the text "(Smart Group)" behind it.
