CiviCRM is primary used to track all members, associations and other people who have dealings with NAVA. This database is also used in conjuction with the Drupal E-commerce system, and also uses the new Invoicing system will allows the back office to invoice contacts directly without needing to produce in invoices via the E-Commerce cart.

The membership system is a custom system which interacts with Contacts and fees are collected via the E-Commerce system.
