Why don't I see CiviMail in the CiviCRM menus?

If you don't see a CiviMail menu link in the main CiviCRM menu block, the most likely reason is that the CiviMail component has not been enabled in your settings file. Go to Administer CiviCRM >> Global Settings >> Enable Components to do this. See Enable Components .
