Perform a Search. SELECT the contact or contacts you wish to VIEW or EDIT using the checkboxes in the left side column. Click the checkbox in the grey header row to SELECT ALL of your SEARCH results.
Edit a Single Contact
Perform a Search. Your results are returned in the form of a list of contacts. To the right of each contact are options to VIEW or EDIT the record.
Click VIEW to look at the contact record.
Click EDIT to modify the record. Go to the field or fields you wish to change and complete the edits to the information. Be sure to click SAVE when complete.
Edit Multiple Contacts
Perform a Search. Your results are returned in the form of a list of contacts. You can view the basic information for the multiple found records in the list.
You can EDIT up to 100 Contacts at one time using the Batch Update via Profile function.
From the SEARCH results, go to the pull-down menu next to the Print button labeled -more actions- .
Select Batch Update via Profile from the list.
You will go to the Batch Profile Update screen.
From the drop-down list, choose the PROFILE name, click Continue.
You will go to the Batch Update screen. Depending on the profile you selected, you will see the fields indicated by the profile.
Update field values for each contact as needed.
To set a field to the same value for ALL rows, enter that value for the first contact and then click the Copy icon (the image of two documents that is next to each column title). The value will automatically be copied into all the records displayed.
Click Update Contacts to save all your changes or Cancel to cancel the changes.
If successful you will get the message:
