The CiviCase component will be available as part of the 2.2 release.

CiviCase Configuration

CiviCase requires planning and a manual configuration process before you can begin using it for your organization. Start by reviewing the planning section of the configuration guide for an overview of terms and concepts.

Then, you can explore CiviCase functionality using a sample configuration setup. Follow these steps to load the sample configuration in your CiviCRM installation. You can also try out the sample configuration on our public demo.

Finally, use the configuration guide to configure CiviCase for YOUR organization.
