Group vs. Smart Group

What's the difference between a Group and a Smart Group?

Groups have a fixed membership. Smart group membership is based on the search criteria used, so when you add new contacts which match the criteria they are automatically included in the smart group.

To create a Smart Group, use Find Contacts or Advanced Search to do a search on any available criteria. Then select New Smart Group from the -more actions- dropdown.
