Where can I get training for my end-users on CiviCRM?

John Kenyon, author of much of the documentation, offers both services.

• There is a 2-hour overview of Drupal and CiviCRM concepts for those considering implementing these solutions or who want an overview for administrators or users.

• There is a 3-hour hands-on workshop to give users experience with the basic functions of CiviCRM. This includes live use of the online demo by attendees and explanation of concepts and rules in CiviCRM. Participants add and modify data live online. There is also a brief section on Administration and the CiviModules (Contribute, Mail, Member, Event).

• These two sessions can be combined into a full day training.

These workshops can be modified to include customizations to CiviCRM specific to organizations or installations.
