This database is also used in conjuction with the Drupal E-commerce system, and also uses the new Invoicing system will allows the back office to invoice contacts directly without needing to produce in invoices via the E-Commerce cart.

The membership system is a custom system which interacts with Contacts and fees are collected via the E-Commerce system. There are also a number of other custom modules which allow the automatic setting of access levels in the CMS, and a letter generation system which allows the back office to create PDF letters for printing and snail mail devlivery.
