Deleting Contacts

Creating New Contacts | Searching Contacts | Editing Contacts | Deleting Contacts

To delete a contact or contacts, first perform a Search.

To delete a single record, from the Contact Summary screen click the Delete button at the top of the record.

To delete multiple contacts, from the search results, select which records you want to delete. Your options for choosing contacts are:

  • Check the boxes to the left of each individual contact you wish to delete and choose selected records only
  • Choose all # contacts (#=the number of contacts found by the search).

From the drop-down menu at the top of the list of found contacts, choose Delete Contacts, then click Go.

You will be given a warning message like this:


 
Click Delete Contacts to complete the deletion, or Cancel to cancel the deletion.

Successful deletions will return a confirmation message like this:

  • Deleted Contact(s): 2
  • Total Selected Contact(s): 2
