I really like the + and - features. Will these preferences be carried through each contact record, or only the one that the user is currently on?

This looks very good from an end user perspective (I currently suport about a dozen end userson CRM issues so i have a good idea what they want) To answer the question "should activities have spearate tab" I think yes.
The initial screen should show all contact data, relationships as separate tab makes sense and Activities should also have a separate tab. I assume that when you are in the other tabs, you still see some basic bio info on the contact?

I'm having a workflow problem. When I've done a search and am working with a list of contacts, I don't see an easy way to get back to that initial list after viewing and editing a contact.

Along with recently viewed, I'd like to be able to have a button that takes me immediately back to the "last search" or "recent searches".

This is because I may pull up 7 people on a search and I need to change each of those 7 people but in between views I have to do all those clicks to get back to the list.

Ack, nevermind I just found it at the bottom of the page using the box_cleanslate theme. I guess I'd like to see last search results show up in the top too(smile)

    Thanks.
