Our current plan is to work with community members and project stakeholders to define a set of key 'User Narratives' (descriptions of how people expect to use the CRM application).

These narratives will be used to define/refine a list of 'Primary Use Cases' (granular and specific actions supported w/in the application). The narratives will also feed the development and refinement of the application interfaces (user interface and APIs).
