_Scenario:
Staff create a plan for helping out the client

_Story:
Staff has completed an assessment of the clinet. They now need to figure out how the organization is going to help the client. They might just help with a single item/service (housing) or they might have a bunch of things... education, transportation, housing. They go into the client record and they plan out the future so they can track the client's progress against the plan.

Not sure...

_CiviCRM Use Case:
This is already pretty well supported. Create a case... which can have a set of activities attached to it. There seems to need to be a distinction within activities.... I might schedule a meeting with a housing advisor which is a single step to completing the task of getting the client housing.

So is a treatment plan a set of cases or a set of activities? I fall on the side of a set of cases... this will allow the same meeting to be shared across a set of cases.
