A page to collate al the tasks that we need to do to improve training materials

General

Clean up old / not used wiki training pages

Developer training

move all documents to either the wiki or flossmanuals (depending on whether they are in flux or not)

User and admin training

move all documents to either the wiki or flossmanuals (depending on whether they are in flux or not)
review 'User and admin training - trainers guide' using the content of the powerpoints
create work through exercises (see http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,23611.0/topicseen.html)
