Offers a full featured CRM solution, well integrated with drupal, since Drupal is CMS of choice CiviCRM's integration with drupal important.

Allows tracking of donations, improves existing rudimentary donations solution with a more capable, secure solution.
Provides a strong base for building additional capabilities over time.
Customers can be secure since large usage of CiviCRM means it is and will remain a high quality solution.
CiviCRM gets customers closer to their goals (directories of individuals/groups/organizations, donations, etc.) out of the box. Minimizes customization required, offers lots of opportunities for configuration.
