An outline of the steps to getting your Website and Database.

See What you get, as a Local Infrastructure Organisation

What is the time-frame?

Because development is carried out by different organisations development timeframes may vary.  As a guide initial development usually takes between 2 and 5 months.

We are currently looking for CVS organisations ready to start development in the next two months and also those keen to plan ahead.

How much will it cost?

Development and ongoing costs depend on a number of factors including the exact functionality you need, the level of expertise at your organisation and the developer you choose.  As a guide you should expect to pay not more than £x,000 for initial development of your database and website.
The collaborative development process and freely availability of CiviCRM means setting up and using CiviCRM at your LIO is significantly cheaper than existing alternatives with similar functionality.
