Nomination Flow Issues

• Student role is not assigned to newly-created student drupal user records Lobo rev85.
• When Nominator Updates their personal information, goes straight to new nomination.  Good workflow for when starting, but if they want to edit their personal details, it will be odd...  Let's just have it send them back to the locker. lobo rev85

Student Issues

• civicrm/file Permission is "all or none", if students want to view photo, either lets them access all files, or none.
• When application is submitted when one page has not been submitted, error given is for entire section and user is redirected to the 1st page of the section.  For example, if you don't fill in "additional information" and try to submit the application, you get sent to personal information, and the notification is "personal info section is not done".  Very confusing, because the page you are on is called personal info and it is done.  Should go to the incomplete page.
  • This is probably not easy, and isn't exactly a bug, but after submitting the offending page, it should really go back to submit application, not the following page, which was completed anyway.
  • UPDATE: I think what's happening here is that on certain pages there are no required fields.  If you don't fill anything on these pages, they submit, but they do not get recorded as done.

• !IMPORTANT! Preview link seems to only show personal page, and formating is totally wonky, not part of drupal theme, and no css...
• Locker doesn't report correct scolarhship_type, always reports Vista
• Implement View (read-only of entire application) for student app.
• Separate permissions for Scholar and Vista app access (by creating separate URL paths).
• Modify API to return correct path for Scholar or Vista app and provide API which returns the scholarship type. dgg rev 89
• Prescreen
  • broken in IE, will not activate buttons
  • General Requirements should be 100% width and centered, vista and scholars 50/50 underneath as per mockup.
• Change the due date to April 1st for Scholars, May 1st for Vistoliers in the application itself (not the locker) (this is encoded in Form/AppContainer.tpl - conditional to the scholarshipType)
• Personal Info
  • When I submitted the form incompletely, the "please correct the following errors in the form fields below:" list shows up halfway under the upper left hand navigation box." - IE Only
  • Upload your Picture: Should display image tn or something to let the user know it has been uploaded successfully and is on the system.
  • Birthdate - needs to go back to 1950 (no age limit on scholars)
  • Citizenship: Put a reminder here, "you must be a legal U.S. resident in order to have your application considered."
  • Race/ Ethnicity : Optional
  • Home Area: Required
  • High School Graduation / GED: Need more years, back to 1965
  • Note from dt: Also, when I try to go back, it doesn't allow it- says something like "irretreivable navigation error has occured- you've already filled out this form." - Cannot replicate at present.
• Additional Info
  • Add question mark after question about parent's schooling
  • Institution field should be optional * Removed don't know instead
  • Survey Info - Venture scholar should be removed.
• Educational Interests
  • College applied to - text box should be 100% of table cell.
  • Intended major should be required

  • All text boxes should be centered in cells
• Work Experience
  • Describe your duties should wrap at "at" and textbox should be set to width of this column
• Household - Household Income - Vista (Income.php)
  • Required fields should be marked as such
  • If I select "No" from financial assistance question, causes a validation error (not filled in)
• Household - Household - Scholars (Income.php)
  • Do you live at home? Not required
  • What is your EFC - needs to be marked as required
  • Required mark on Fin. Assistance should be with the label on the left, not the label by the text box dgg rev 86 (Financial Assistance is now the field label.)
• Short Answers - Both
  • Instructions say 30wrds Max, actually 50
• Essays - Vista
  • Instructions say 500 wrds, actually 300
