Making new documentation release on SourceForge

 You're going to need SourceForge project administrator privileges and Confluence "Export space" privileges to perform below procedure.

In case of any problems with SourceForge, releasing documentation is available here.

1. Go to our wiki, to documentation space (http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Documentation+Home)
2. Click "Browse space", than "Advanced" in right hand menu, than "Export space".
3. Uncheck "Include comments" and export the documentation space for both "HTML Output" and "PDF Output" (takes some time each time, be patient), save both files (zip and pdf) on your local disk.
4. Upload both files to frs.sourceforge.net - use one of available methods, at your convenience.
5. Go to SourceForge File release system (http://sourceforge.net/project/admin/editpackages.php?group_id=177914)
6. Click "Add release" next to "documentation" package.
7. Name the release using following pattern: "expYYYYMMDD", where YYYYMMDD is current date.
8. Add files as described on page you are brought to.
9. Done.
