Provides a detailed report for grant activity during a given date range. ??? Could some of this data (the financial aspects) be optionally displayed in a graph format ???

Report Columns

Some of these can be custom fields, but in that case custom fields need to work with grants if they don't already, and we need to be able to include those custom fields in our reports.

    I think you'll want all the date-based fields to be available for display and filterable. People will want to run a report, for example, to retrieve all organizations that have a report due next week, so they can call or otherwise interact with them.

    Honestly, the grant component is so small, I would just include all of the fields in the columns option list, except maybe rationale and notes, as they are textarea fields and could bloat the report.

    There might also be value/need to have some special filters -- for example, grants with application received but no decision made; or money transferred but no report received (report received is a checkbox but should be searchable on yes, no, or not part of criteria).
