Improve Joomla user integration with CiviCRM contacts

• delete J user when related C contact is deleted
• allow creation of J user directly from C contact (add button to create
  user)
• improve editing of J user from within C contact (account popup in modal
  box)
• include J user handling in deduplication/merge process (this might be J + D functionality, I remember Pete saying it was something he could use)
• allow automatic redirection of J user registration pages to CiviCRM profile from within the Civi interface (global settings, via a system plugin)
• additional...

Other ideas

Maybe we could include some enhancement/development of a few of the user-related extensions that have been developed for J+C.

Another idea that we might give some thought to is transforming all urls
built through Civi to be routed through JRoute. That will improve SEF
handling for Civi urls, which currently is pretty sketchy. But we would need
you guys to be closely involved, as I'm guessing there's not a single
doorway through which all J urls are built, so it would potentially require
a lot of changes to core files. Might not be best for this type of project.
