There is a FOAF module for drupal. We should explore how to support FOAF in the datamodel. Anyone have some time to look at the details?

    I took a look at the FOAF spec and some sample FOAF documents. Pretty simple and clean xml (smile). We definitely can and potentially will support FOAF early on. Since PEAR also has a FOAF parser, we'll probably allow people to import FOAF contacts.

    I suspect this should be driven based on user need. Adding the functionality does not seem like a big deal
