Discussed improvements:
- store class (and some additional information) in option_value class and in pp table (ditch)
- move pp/cr additional xml files to info.xml (michal)
- simplify the class name (lobo)
- break down complex XML fields (michal)
- remove the need for type directories (lobo)
- update Google Checkout with IPN part (kurund)
- put extension directories directly under extension directory (lobo)
- move out discover from constructor (michal)
