Most needed at my organizations:
1. Be able to attach membership signup/renew to employer organization rather than individual (http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-2226). I realize this is for 2.2 version, but it still stands as my most vital need, so that's why it's here.
2. Transferring Drupal cck information into a CiviCRM contact tab.
3. Store multiple files or instances in a custom field http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-1527
4. Have current employer show up in listings (http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-2222). Also was pushed to 2.2, but here for the same reasons.
5. Smart subscription for CiviMail (http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-2636).
6. Paypal overwriting address information (http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-23660).
Things I want to learn more about:
1. Building a custom form * (I think this would help to understand the overall architecture much better)
2. Review of Drupal / CiviCRM integration (related to above #2)
