I am most interested in becoming a "power user" of CiviCRM/CiviMail and wish to be exposed to other elements of the Civi system. Our organisation is only using core CiviCRM integrated with Drupal Organic Groups and we also use CiviMail through the CiviSMTP service.

I function as a test manager and business analyst for our organisation so main outcome I want from this training is a complete understanding of the capabilities of CiviCRM and how we might add new features, such as CiviEvent to our site.

Some specific topics I would like to cover:

• Profiles and how to use them for batch updates and queries
• Custom reporting
• How to backport bug fixes to older versions.
