This is where we'll define terms as we're going to use them here. All the words that people throw around in this domain are quite varied in their meaning. They also mean different things to the many people from different domains who might eventually find this toolset useful. Therefore, we need to get a bit specific about what we mean by our terms.
Add a new child page for each term you define.
I'm also wondering what people think about the following convention. Words like "case" crop up in many different places, and they aren't always intended to refer to the definition we might propose here for them. So, maybe we should have a convention about using our defined terms elsewhere on the wiki? For example, if we try to capitalize the terms, it would give a bit of a clue that we're using the term in the formal sense we've defined.
This might be too "deep in the weeds" as David says. There may be another repository of terms like this elsewhere on the CiviCRM wiki that we should build on instead of recreating it here. Is that true?
