Feature List for Outlook Integration

A brief context on what's happening with outlook integration:

Currently Contacts are getting copied form CiviCRM to Outlook.
Updating of Contacts in Outlook when updated in civiCRM is working.
Moving of contacts from Outlook to CiviCRM needs to be done.
Updating Contacts in CiviCRM when updated in Outlook needs to be done.
Deletion of the contacts needs to be done.

Roadmap for developing the above:

Need to resolve the folllowing:

Mapping of civiCRM fields to Outlook fields. - 14/09/2005

vTiger unable to detect addition of contact. Need to do debug vTiger code. - 15/09/2005 to 16/09/2005

Need to make changes to SOAP on the server so that it can perform additions/updations/deletions to the civiCRM database. - 19/09/2005

Need to make changes to existing APIs or write new APIs for adding contacts to the CiviCRM database. - 19/09/2005

The basic structure of the Syncing engine is now ready.

It is now able to
aa) Sync contacts added from Outlook to civiCRM and vice versa.
bb) Ability to delete & sync contacts from Outlook and civiCRM
cc) Modifications to contacts in Outlook and civiCRM

We need to test it extensively as well as work on the COM-ADDIN for Outlook
so that it sits in the menubar of Outlook on installation. Currently, we
install vTiger Plugin and then replace the exe with that of ours.

Also need to map fields which needs to be synced.
Currently, we are syncing:
First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number & City.
