Contacts Detail or Summary Report

Provides a detailed report for your org's contacts/list during a given date range (required).

Optional Columns

All columns are optional because this report will often be used solely to generate statistics and charts, rather than lists (lists are often a liability whereas stats and charts are less so).

• Any other contact location info
• Any other contact field
• Any other contact custom field
• Date added to the system
• Date contact joined this group/org (for multi-org)

    • Type, Subject, Added By, With, Assignee
  • Contributions
    • Amount, Contribution Type, Source, Received Date, Status
  • Participant
    • Event Tittle, Fee Level, Fee Amount, Registration Date, Role, Status

    • Membership Type, Start date, End state, Status

           2. Contribution :  Only Recurring show, Paid by, Status
           3. Membership :  Status
           4. Participant    :  Status

Default Filter Values

• start date defaults to beginning of month.

URL options

• Current/Prior day/week/month/quarter/year

Statistics

• Total active contacts - people who would get an e-mail from CiviMail at the time the report is run
