I saw the note for creating a new relationship opens a pop-up window. I
think this is a mistake from an accessibility point of view. This has
nothing to do with the use of javascript - its actually a complaint
about the functionality. Pop-up UI = non-accessible.
May I suggest that instead, the form to add a new relationship be loaded
in the page in a hidden <div> and be reveiled when a user clicks the
button. This too would make use of javascript, but in the absence of js
the page should degrade gracefully to show everything - including the
'add new relationship' form. (Much like what is proposed with the
collapsable forms in the 'contact info' page).

Again, I think it would be nice to be able to see this on the same page as contact info, group membership, etc. It would seem that one of the benefits of using a browser would be to facilitate being able to see all the contact attributes (or at least a signficant subset of them) on one page.
