October 28-29 Meetup in San Francisco
Attendees
- From Physician Health Program BC: Andrew Clarke, Claire Sauve, Dave D
- From CiviCRM: Michal Mach, Deepak Srivastra, Donald Lobo, Kurund Jalmi, Dave Greenberg
Agenda
Goals: familiarize PHP with currently implemented user interface, workflow and data model sothat thye can give feedback about what needs to be added to make the system ready for users "soon". Need to see both:
- the user experience
- the data store
We should walk away with a punch list that's realistic and do-able, and that will get us to an implementation that's reasonably soon.
We need to make sure to review:
- the user side;
- the back end, and
- the configuration bits in between.
Revise the configuration to better represent the proposed intake flow from:
- BC
- Alberta
Outcomes
- Validated the work-flows and screens with some adjustments (see CiviCase - Phase 1 To-do for details) and finalized feature set.
- Access control in phase 1 will be basic: access CiviCase yes / no. ACL's on contact groups can be used to limit access to subsets of clients.
- Move-to-trash functionality will be implemented for Activities and Cases (no physical delete from the user interface)
- Deployment Schedule for Phase 1
