Feature Summary for CiviCRM v1.9

This is a CiviMail focused release, which also includes some enhancements to the core Groups functionality.

CRM-2263 - Implement Group "types" for Mailing Lists and Access Control Groups. This allows us to filter the groups displayed in the Send Mailing wizard, web-based subscribe pages, and ACL role assignment.
CRM-2264 - Add search and pager to Manage Groups to better handle installations with large number of groups, and make it easy to find a group.

CRM-2253, CRM-2120 - Optimize mail generation functions (provides at least a 3-5x speedup, potentially more). Add spooling capability for improved interface with 3rd party services (such as UAS' CiviSMTP)
CRM-2256 - Web-based options for subscribe, confirm and unsubscribe actions.
CRM-1668 - On-screen WYSIWYG composition of email messages. Ability to save mailing content as Message Templates, and reuse them.
CRM-2265 - Display total selected recipient count on Mailing Wizard pages as a "reality check" for sender.
CRM-2265 - Add search and pager to Browse Mailings screen to better handle installations with large numbers of mailings, and make it easy to find/report on a prior mailing.
