1. Public Data Model & API
We have released the first drafts of the public data model and public API.

2. SQL Access / SVN Repository
For hard core developers we offer access to our code.

3. User Interface Mock Ups
Next major goal is to get user interface prototypes mocked up
and have the community review them.

4. Drupal Permissioning & User Integration
We will be working with Neil on these issues as they relate to CiviCRM.

5. Development Status
Development is coming along well.
We've got most of our core framework done and are starting to do a fair amount of coding on this.
