Joined room B but no video and no voice available - both connections saying that we are waiting for the host to start the session. It's 1:30pm EST, the presentation was suppose to start at 1:15pm EST

For those who have problems connecting (for example, I got an error that I don't have Java installed or enabled but I have both), I went through the manual login page http://www.gatherplace.net/gp/join.jsp and provided session ID. That way, Java kicked in properly.

In the future, it would be great to have access to the conference rooms to communicate issues with remote access - for example, the last session in room A was not visible remotely because presenter had too high computer resolution.
