1.  New report framework for custom reports

2.  Civimail framework and client feedback on how it can be improved (save and recover drafts, displaying full e-mail as sent in html view - using header and footer at time of sending, ensuring that bounce reports use the actual address that bounced even after a bounced address has been updated, rather than it looking like the new e-mail is the one that bounced etc).

3.  Case Management and document management facilities - integration with an existing document management system like KnowledgeTree (www.knowledgetree.com) better than building from scratch?

4.  LDAP integration - is anyone doing it for Civicrm administrators?

5.  Joomla! integration - using Joomla! front-end to do the things you currently have to do through /administrator ?  What is the future plan for Joomla! integration as our client's websites are generally based on Joomla!
